In this post, I reflect on the anxiety and fatigue many of us are feeling during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sometimes a simple visualization exercise I often use with my clients called “Row Your Boat” allows us to summon the energy we need to keep our oars in the water and to help us power the boat to where we want it to go.
